基于SYSWELD的TC4薄板对接激光焊接变形仿真分析

Simulation and Analysis of Deformation in Laser Welding of TC4 Thin Plates Based on SYSWELD

  • 摘要: 旨在研究不同约束条件下的TC4钛合金薄板对接激光焊接焊后变形,为焊接夹具设计和控制焊接变形提供参考。利用SYSWELD中建立TC4钛合金平板对接的激光焊接数值模拟,设计三种约束条件以此分析不同约束条件下焊接接头的残余应力与试板变形情况,并将仿真结果的变形状态与验证试验对比。结果表明,对比三种约束条件的仿真结果,其中在约束条件2和条件3下的平板试板在横向和纵向残余应力均呈现向焊缝收缩状态,在约束条件1下的平板试板仅在起弧和收弧处呈收缩状态。采用约束条件1的验证试验的试件变形规律与仿真结果一致,即约束条件1能够有效改善TC4平板对接激光焊接的焊后变形。

     

    Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the post-welding deformation of TC4 titanium alloy thin plates under different constraint conditions during butt laser welding, providing references for welding fixture design and deformation control. Using numerical simulations of TC4 titanium alloy plate butt laser welding established in SYSWELD, three constraint conditions were designed to analyze the residual stresses and plate deformation of the welded joints under different constraint conditions, and the deformation states of the simulation results were compared with those of the validation experiments. The results show that, when comparing the simulation results under the three constraint conditions, the test plates under constraint conditions 2 and 3 exhibit residual stresses in both the transverse and longitudinal directions that contract toward the weld seam. Under constraint condition 1, the test plates only exhibit contraction at the arc start and arc end points. The deformation patterns of the test specimens in the validation tests under constraint condition 1 were consistent with the simulation results, indicating that constraint condition 1 effectively improves the post-welding deformation of TC4 flat plate butt laser welding.
