  • 摘要: 某热水锅炉风机盘管管道在使用约3年后相继出现多处漏水,该批风机盘管管道均采用Q215热镀锌钢管。为查明原因,对现场切取的部分钢管分别进行宏观观察、化学成分分析、内壁附着物检测、显微组织检验、力学性能试验、开孔处形貌分析及能谱分析等。结果表明:钢管的化学成分、力学性能均符合标准要求,循环水中氧含量超标,管道内壁存在较多的附着物,管道因垢下腐蚀而失效。

     

    Abstract: Many leaks successively occurred in the fan coil pipes of a hot water boiler after about three years of use. The fan coil pipes in this batch all adopt Q215 hot-dip galvanized steel pipes. In order to find out the cause,some of the steel pipes cut on site were respectively subjected to macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, detection of the attachments on the inner wall, microscopic structure inspection, mechanical property test, morphology analysis of the opening part, energy spectrum analysis, etc. The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel pipes meet the standard requirements, the oxygen content in the circulating water exceeds the standard, there are many attachments on the inner wall of the pipes, and the pipes fail due to under-deposit corrosion.
