基于现代焊接产业学院应用型高校焊接专业实践教学改革路径探索

Based on the practical teaching reform and innovation research of welding technology and engineering specialty in applied universities of modern welding industry college

  • 摘要: 随着制造业向智能化、数字化转型升级,社会对高素质焊接工程技术人才的需求日益增加。然而,传统的应用型高校焊接专业的实践教学体系面临与产业脱节、资源投入不足、教学模式陈旧等痛点问题,难以培养出符合企业岗位要求的人才。本文以哈尔滨华德学院焊接技术与工程专业为例,深入分析了与哈尔滨焊接研究所(哈焊所)共建的现代焊接产业学院,在实践教学改革方面的探索与创新。通过构建“校企双主体”协同育人新模式、共建共享实践平台、实施“双导师制”与项目化教学、建立联合评价机制等一系列举措,有效突破了传统实践教学的瓶颈。通过实践教学改革,显著提升了焊接专业的人才培养质量、学生的工程实践能力与就业竞争力,用人单位对我校焊接专业的学生评价显著提升。

     

    Abstract: With the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry to intelligent and digital, the demand for high-quality welding engineering and technical personnel is increasing. However, the traditional practical teaching system of welding specialty in application-oriented universities is faced with pain points such as disconnection from industry, insufficient resource input and outdated teaching mode, which makes it difficult to cultivate talents who meet the requirements of enterprise positions. Taking the welding technology and engineering major of Harbin Huade University as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the exploration and innovation of practical teaching reform in the modern welding industry college jointly built with Harbin Welding Institute ( Harbin Welding Institute ). Through a series of measures, such as constructing a new model of ' school-enterprise double subject ' collaborative education, building and sharing practical platform, implementing ' double tutorial system ' and project-based teaching, and establishing a joint evaluation mechanism, the bottleneck of traditional practical teaching has been effectively broken through. Through the reform of practical teaching, the quality of personnel training, students ' engineering practice ability and employment competitiveness of welding specialty have been significantly improved, and the evaluation of students majoring in welding in our school by employers has been significantly improved.
