铸造超级双相不锈钢5A焊接性能研究

Research on the welding performance of casting super duplex stainless steel 5A

  • 摘要: 结合母材与焊接材料化学成分、焊接参数控制,通过对C r25系列铸造超级双相不锈钢5A(U N S J93404)焊接接头的微观组织、相比例、力学性能及腐蚀性能等进行研究。结果表明:想控制母材相比例,获得优异的焊接接头,不仅需要控制母材的Si含量、选择匹配的焊接材料,而且还要严格控制焊接过程的热输入。

     

    Abstract: Combining with the chemical composition of the base material, welding material and welding parameters control, through the micro organization, phase ratio, mechanical properties, and corrosion performance of Cr25 series casting super duplex stainless steel 5A(UNS J93404) welding joint, the result shows that in order to control the proportion of the parent material, obtain excellent welding joint, not only need to control the Si content of the base material, choose the matching welding material, but also strictly control the heatinput of the welding process.
