  • 摘要: 众所周知,热处理变形受诸多因素的影响.从原材料到成品各个环节都可能对最终的热处理变形造成一定的影响.诸如:材料、原始组织、预备热处理、结构设计、加工工艺、热处理工艺、装料方式、热处理设备及淬火介质等. 因篇幅所限,在此仅谈一下可控气氛多用炉设备本身对渗碳淬火件变形的影响,其他因素在此暂不论述.
