SDSS超级双相钢KD-TIG焊接工艺研究

Research on the SDSS Super Biphasic Steel KD-TIG Welding Process

  • 摘要: 超级双相不锈钢(SDSS)因其优异的力学性能与耐腐蚀性能,在海洋工程、石油化工等领域应用广泛。本文系统研究了SDSS超级双相钢的KD-TIG(Keyhole Tungsten Inert Gas)大熔深焊接技术,分析了焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形、微观组织演变及性能的影响规律。研究表明,KD-TIG焊接技术可实现SDSS超级双相钢5mm大钝边V型坡口单面焊双面成形,焊接效率较传统TIG焊提升5-10倍。通过优化热输入与控制相比例,可获得铁素体-奥氏体两相平衡的焊缝组织,其理化性能满足设计要求。研究结果对推广SDSS的KD-TIG焊接技术应用具有重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Super duplex stainless steel (SDSS) is widely used in marine engineering, petrochemical and other fields due to its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. This paper systematically studies the KD-TIG (Keyhole Tungsten Inert Gas) deep penetration welding technology of SDSS super duplex steel, and analyzes the influence of welding process parameters on weld formation, microstructure evolution and performance. The research shows that the KD-TIG welding technology can achieve single-sided welding and double-sided formation of 5mm large root V-shaped groove SDSS super duplex steel, and the welding efficiency is 5-10 times higher than that of traditional TIG welding. By optimizing the heat input and controlling the ratio, the weld microstructure with balanced ferrite-austenite two phases can be obtained, and its physical and chemical properties meet the design requirements. The research results have important guiding significance for promoting the application of KD-TIG welding technology of SDSS.
