锻前加热次数对C70S6非调质钢连杆组织与性能的影响

Effect of heating times before forging on microstructure and mechanical properties of C70S6 connecting rod

  • 摘要: 连杆生产时,经常出现坯料被反复加热的情况,反复加热的坯料是否能再次利用,则关系到原材料成本。以C70S6非调质钢为研究对象,将其进行反复加热,探究了加热次数对C70S6钢连杆组织与性能的影响。结果表明:加热次数低于4次的坯料可以正常使用,加热次数对C70S6连杆的力学性能影响不大,抗拉强度始终>950MPa,屈服强度始终>550MPa;随着加热次数的增加,C70S6钢连杆中铁素体尺寸增大,珠光体片层间距也逐渐增大,抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐减小。

     

    Abstract: In the production of connecting rod, the billet is often heated repeatedly. Whether the billet heated repeatedly can be used again is related to the cost of raw materials. In this paper, the C70S6 non-quenched and tempered steel was repeatedly heated, aiming to study the influence of heating times on the microstructure and properties of C70S6 connecting rod. The results showed that billets heated less than 4 times can be used normally and it had little effect on the mechanical properties of C70S6 connecting rod when the heating times were less than 4times. The tensile strengths were always greater than 950MPa and the yield strength greater than 550MPa. With the increase of heating times, the grain size of ferrite and pearlite lamellar spacing increased, and the tensile strength and yield strength decreased gradually.
