Abstract:
The application of high strength steel in welded structures with excellent mechanical properties has increased rapidly, and its welded joint properties have gradually become the focus of research. In order to solve the problems of cold crack, softening embrittlement in heat affected zone and low impact toughness of high strength steel welding, obtain excellent strength and toughness matching of high strength steel welding joints. On the basis of using gas metal arc welding, different optimization methods of high-strength steel welding joints were adopted to analyze and summarize the three optimization methods of welding joints: strict control of heat input, pre-welding preheating and control of heat input, and research and development and use of flux-cored wire. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints under the three optimization schemes were analyzed. It is found that the three joint optimization methods can avoid cracks in welded joints, obtain good toughness structure and excellent mechanical properties of welded joints.
