  • 摘要: 热处理工艺中淬火冷却介质的冷却性能直接决定了工件的内在质量,控制着零件的变形程度。淬火冷却介质的温度控制多以被动式方式处理,或加装冷却塔来降温,采用冷却塔式又因噪声大常常难以满足环保要求,因此设计一款环保型低噪声的淬火油槽淬火油温度控制系统用于控制淬火油温度,对减少油气挥发,减小原有设备噪声,解决距居民区较近企业因噪声而产生不利于企业发展的问题就显得十分必要。

     

    Abstract: In heat treatment processes, the cooling performance of the quenching medium directly determines the internal quality of the workpiece and controls the degree of deformation of the parts. The temperature control of quenching media is often handled passively or by installing cooling towers for temperature reduction. However,cooling towers frequently fail to meet environmental requirements due to their high noise levels. Therefore, it is essential to design an environmentally friendly, low-noise quenching oil temperature control system for quenching oil tanks. This system aims to regulate the temperature of the quenching oil, reduce oil vapor emissions, decrease the noise of existing equipment, and address the challenges faced by businesses located near residential areas due to noise, which can adversely affect their operations.
