电站设备大型锻件化学成分分析方法探讨

  • 摘要: 电能应用方便、广泛,是常用的主要能源。电站设备大型锻件是机组的核心部件,其化学成分是其他性能的基础。本文详细探讨、分析比较了200MW以下大型锻件相应行业标准的熔炼分析和成品分析方法及其发展历程,进一步探究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定碳钢、中低合金钢中多元素的快捷前处理方法,推荐为大型锻件成品的实用分析方法,扩展其应用范围;并推荐火花放电原子发射光谱法为大型锻件行业标准熔炼分析、成品分析的首选方法。已用于大型锻件的生产与验收,将为行业标准修订提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The electric energy is convenient, extensive and main energy in common use. Heavy forgings for power station equipment are key parts of a set, and their chemical compositions are the foundation of other properties. Several determining methods for ladle and product analysis of correspondent industrial standards about chemical compositions of heavy forgings for 200MW power station equipment and below were compared, and their progresses were reviewed in detail. A rapid pretreatment for multi-element contents determination of carbon and middle-low alloy steels by ICP-AES was further investigated in experiments. ICP-AES was also proposed as practical analysis method of the product, and was expanded. SD-AES was proposed as a preferred choice of the industrial standards for ladle and product analysis. The methods have been applied to routine production and inspection of heavy forgings, and will service the revision of the industrial standards.
